God Jul! My first christmas card for 2010

A couple of days ago I made my first christmascard for this year. Last year I started in October, but still there was the stress of finishing on time. Besides I found a great club and I want to enter this card there:

and two other challenges:

Friday Sketches for the nice sketch of this week

And Just Magnolia for the adding of pleated lace on your card

I didn't make detailphoto's yet, but as soon as possible I will add them here.

This card I made for my handicapped uncle for his birthday. And I like to compete with it in 3 challenges:

* Friday Sketchers for the sketch (of course)

* Derwents for making a green boyscard 

* A spoon full of sugar for making a "celebrations"-card

I used an Ollyfantstamp from the series on the farm. The paper is from my left-overstash.

I coloured this image with my Derwent coloursoft pencils using 180 + 610 for the face, 530 + 630 for his hair, 500 for the barrel, 420 + 470 for his clothing and 040 + 070 for the sweet wooden shoes!

I added a little brown in the card using two buttons. The scrappersfloss is lightgreen again. 

These little droplets are from KaiserCraft. 

Because the stamp was a little bit too big for my oval nestability, I used the "out of the box" technique. 

I just mailed it today. I hope my uncle likes this card, but I think he will.
